Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at DAYS INN BY WYNDHAM SYLVAN LAKE.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our facilities are clean and well-maintained. This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
