Restaurant Manager Job Description

Ruchi's Masala House is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage cash reports to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office
  • Security and Safety: Basic security clearance and driving record check (abstract)
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and team player
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
