Event Coordinator Job Overview

As an Event Coordinator at JHAJJ PRODUCTION LTD, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating a variety of events and conferences. Your expertise will ensure that every detail is meticulously planned and executed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote our conference and meeting services as well as special events.
  • Recruit, hire, and oversee both staff and volunteers.
  • Prepare, present, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Develop sponsorship, partnership, or fundraising initiatives.
  • Review bids and negotiate costs to optimize resources.
  • Coordinate and monitor all activities related to conferences and meetings, ensuring attention to detail.
  • Manage set-ups, staging, seating arrangements, parking, communication systems, and other logistical details for special events.
  • Implement efficient registration systems.
  • Plan and arrange accommodation and transportation services for attendees.
  • Prepare required documentation and manage pre- and post-event distribution.
  • Organize social events and guest programs to enhance attendee experience.
  • Develop policies and procedures while fulfilling other management responsibilities.
  • Oversee event logistics to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff to maintain high standards.
