Job SummaryWe are seeking an Engineering Administrator to provide administrative support to our engineering team. The successful candidate will aid in developing new engineering administration processes, assign part numbers, and enter related data into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the engineering team, including revising Bill of Materials (BoMs) based on input from designers.
- Aid in developing new engineering administration processes as our site transitions to new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
- Assign part numbers and enter related data into the ERP system.
- Process drawings and Engineering Change Notes (ECNs).
- Prepare and maintain ISO and ERP related Engineering documents.
- Educated with a Diploma in Business or Engineering Technology or CAD/Drafting or equivalent experience.
- Detail-oriented with a quality mindset.
- Process Driven with a solutions orientation which helps drive operational effectiveness.
