Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KP Group Ventures Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their roles safely and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining the reputation of KP Group Ventures Ltd.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
- Communication: Prepare food order summaries for our chef, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
- Tray Assembly: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that all food is presented in a visually appealing manner.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
