Restaurant Operations Manager

At SHIVAS DOSA RESTAURANT, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to boost and maintain profits, develop budgets to determine costs of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, and evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, monitor staff performance, and conduct performance reviews to ensure that our team is working at its best.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints or concerns, and ensure that our customers have a positive dining experience.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and ensure that our restaurant is stocked with the necessary ingredients and materials.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, and ensure that our restaurant is visible and attractive to potential customers.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and experience with accounting software and point of sale systems.
