  • Community Outreach: Actively participate in outreach programs and mission activities to connect with the broader community.
  • Operational Management: Oversee church operations and personnel management to ensure effective functioning.

Essential Qualifications

Educational Background
  • Must hold current PAOC ordained credentials.

Professional Experience
  • Prior experience in ministry, ideally in a lead pastor capacity.
  • Experience in strategic planning is advantageous.
