The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Office Survey Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our survey department, you will work closely with our project managers and land surveyors to deliver high-quality survey services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide office support and prepare drawings for various types of surveys, including legal, topographic, and construction surveys.
  • Conduct land title office research and ensure collected data is accurate and standard survey procedures have been followed.
  • Work with clients in a professional manner and assist in training and developing new team members.
  • Field data processing and survey computations, including traverse and network adjustments, GNSS data processing, and other related tasks.
Requirements:
  • Survey Technology Diploma (or equivalent) and 5+ years' experience in legal survey setting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of dependability, technical ability, and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Civil 3D, including 3D solids, and other relevant software.
