Senior Office Survey Technologist

The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Office Survey Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our survey department, you will work closely with our project managers and land surveyors to deliver high-quality survey services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide office support and prepare drawings for various types of surveys, including legal, topographic, and construction surveys.
- Conduct land title office research and ensure collected data is accurate and standard survey procedures have been followed.
- Work with clients in a professional manner and assist in training and developing new team members.
- Field data processing and survey computations, including traverse and network adjustments, GNSS data processing, and other related tasks.
- Survey Technology Diploma (or equivalent) and 5+ years' experience in legal survey setting.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of dependability, technical ability, and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Civil 3D, including 3D solids, and other relevant software.
- Competitive salary range of $76,960 to $89,440 per year, commensurate with experience, skillsets, and qualifications.
