Landscaping Manager

Cap-City Landscaping Inc is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, labor, and materials, as well as organizing and directing construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls.
Responsibilities:- Plan and direct grounds maintenance, labor, and materials
- Organize and direct construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls
- Plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work
- Maintain work records and logs
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- 3-4 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- On-site work required
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Must be able to work in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
