Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Location Director to join our team at Foundation Partners Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our funeral home, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of funeral directors and support staff to ensure seamless execution of funeral services and other business operations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and business performance.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that every client family receives exceptional service, from initial contact to final farewell.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, funeral homes, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and referrals.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the financial performance of the funeral home, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure that all funeral services are conducted with the highest level of professionalism and respect.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of service.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in funeral service management or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
