We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Funeral Director to join our team at Foundation Partners Group. As a Funeral Director, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to families and individuals in need of funeral and death care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to families and individuals, including greeting and counseling them during a difficult time
  • Coordinate and manage funeral and death care services, including preparing and presenting funeral services, arranging for transportation and burial or cremation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with families and individuals, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the funeral and death care process
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality results
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful as a Funeral Director, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Currently enrolled in or have completed an accredited mortuary science program
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated and energetic
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Caring, empathetic, and committed to providing best-in-class service to customers
  • Sensitivity and knowledge of different philosophical systems and religions
  • Knowledge of basic principles, values, ethics, ways of thinking, customs, practices, and their impact on human culture
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with a clear driving record
