We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual individual to join our team as a Bilingual Partner Support Representative. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison for our valued merchant partners across Canada, providing unparalleled service and support to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely and accurate support to merchant partners, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
  • Diagnose and resolve partner issues with a solution-oriented approach, escalating complex concerns when necessary.
  • Communicate with partners through phone and email, fostering strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • At least a year of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Computer savvy and able to learn internal software.
  • Full-time availability with the ability to work in our head office in Pickering, ON.
Work Schedule

Tuesday - Friday 11am-7pm, and Saturday 9-5.
