Position Overview
Reporting directly to the VP, Controller North America, the Head of Technology Operations will oversee the comprehensive financial reporting for the North American segment, ensuring adherence to international financial reporting standards and the organization's accounting guidelines.

This role will also be responsible for governance, risk management, and control processes across the region.

Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of the senior finance leadership team, you will lead the following initiatives:

  • Management of component and standalone audit requirements
  • Optimization and implementation of internal controls
  • Evaluation of new initiatives and growth opportunities concerning technical accounting and control frameworks
  • Collaboration with various finance teams to identify control deficiencies and assist in the design and execution of tailored financial controls
  • Oversight of annual audit processes, managing both control and financial reporting aspects
  • Ensuring compliance with standalone reporting requirements
  • Reviewing and providing recommendations on technical accounting interpretations
  • Supporting special projects as needed

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree is required, along with a robust understanding of internal control standards for publicly traded companies. Experience with the capitalization of internally developed software is advantageous.
