Position Summary:

As the Strategy & Integrated Planning Manager, you will work under the guidance of the Director of Corporate Strategic Initiatives. This dynamic team is pivotal in shaping strategy, ensuring enterprise alignment, and integrating plans to achieve our strategic goals.

Your role will involve leading an adaptive planning process that ensures effective strategy execution across the organization. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts to enhance strategy and maximize return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate a cohesive, adaptive planning process that translates corporate strategy into actionable operational plans.
  • Guide teams through all phases of the planning process, offering solutions for agile review in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Continuously evaluate strategies and initiatives to identify alignment opportunities and enhance execution effectiveness.
  • Oversee the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of strategic opportunities at the enterprise level.
  • Utilize strong business acumen and strategic frameworks to scope transformative initiatives.
  • Conduct strategic planning workshops with leaders and external stakeholders.
  • Support senior leaders in crafting impactful presentations that clearly communicate strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate the preparation of business cases for executive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications to promote understanding of corporate strategy and progress.
  • Manage performance measurement processes to ensure alignment with executive targets.
  • Present updates on strategic plans and performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure resource planning aligns with the corporate strategy and operational plans.
  • Exhibit thought leadership and foster collaboration across teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing and applying strategic frameworks across the enterprise.
