Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Business Partner Onboarding and Data Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating EDI and API onboarding connections with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with customer onboarding, ensuring timely and accurate communications and data exchange.
- Provide customers with the information they need to list our products on their websites.
- Work with customers to determine data needs and/or EDI requirements and develop an implementation plan.
- Develop and implement EDI and data connections or portal setups with customers, including testing and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure EDI data integration with other business systems and processes.
- Maintain up-to-date customer information files and regularly review programs.
- Ensure up-to-date compliance documentation and inform all business units of necessary information.
- Provide customer support for accessing and processing on Moe's Home Collection websites; monitor and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in EDI and data exchange systems.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Care, Logistics, and Data Management teams on customer setup and communication.
- Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3 years experience in systems support, EDI implementation, and support.
- Knowledge in EDI and API standards and protocols.
- Strong Ecommerce or retail business acumen.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Organized, methodical, and structured, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Accountable to timelines and responsive to customer requests.
- Able to work independently and within a larger team with multiple requirements.
- Team player with an upbeat and helpful attitude.
- Strong technical skills, highly organized, and a master at multitasking.
- Experience with EDI mapping and translation software a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
