Job Title: Business Partner

At Ledcor Construction, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner to join our team. As a Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our leaders and employees in achieving their goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to operational business leaders on HR-related matters.
  • Analyze and interpret employee data to support identification of client group issues and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to adapt enterprise solutions for local considerations.
  • Partner with Employee & Business Services team to ensure consistent and effective delivery of HR services.
Requirements:
  • Experience advising and collaborating with operational business leaders.
  • Ability to quickly learn client group business to connect people considerations to wider business impact.
  • Solid understanding of applicable employment and human rights legislation, HR processes and programs.
