Your Role as a Guest Transportation Specialist

As a Guest Transportation Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience traveling to and from Whistler Village. This position is an integral part of our winter operations and our dedicated Guest Services team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide exceptional, friendly, and professional service to all guests.
  • Safely transport hotel guests to and from Whistler Village in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and proper upkeep of the shuttle bus.
  • Assist Doors Attendants at the Front Door when not occupied with driving duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous shuttle driving experience is an asset.
  • A valid Class 4 driver's license (Unrestricted) is mandatory, allowing you to operate commercial vehicles including buses with a maximum seating capacity of 25 persons.
  • A clean driving record is essential.
  • The ability to drive standard transmission vehicles is required.
  • Knowledge of the Whistler area and Chateau Whistler Resort is beneficial.
