Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee the preparation of balance sheets and profit/loss statements to ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports for management review.
  • System Improvements: Recommend enhancements to accounting systems and management practices to optimize performance.
  • Cost Management: Develop and maintain procedures for cost findings and internal controls.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare income tax returns based on accounting records.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial documents and reports to support decision-making.
  • Audit Support: Assist in planning and executing financial statement audits.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and manage various accounts using both manual and computerized systems.
  • Payroll Oversight: Supervise payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting or finance.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, demonstrating strong financial acumen.
