Estimator - Heavy Civil Construction Specialist

NorLand Limited is a leading provider of heavy civil infrastructure services, with a strong presence in the lower mainland. We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project plans and specifications to determine scope of work and define project requirements.
- Develop complete estimates for tender submissions on small, medium, and large heavy civil construction projects.
- Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years' experience executing pre-qualifications, estimates, and contract negotiations for heavy civil construction projects.
- Minimum 7 years' experience managing all aspects of heavy civil construction from project start to closeout.
- P.Eng, EIT, technical diploma, or extensive industry experience is required.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Projects skills, with Hard Dollar experience an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with outstanding time management, prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Valid Driver's License.
Compensation: The typical salary range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000 annually, with exact compensation varying based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, internal equity, and other criteria.
