Estimator - Heavy Civil Construction Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team to produce estimates for heavy civil construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in estimating and a proven track record of delivering high-quality estimates on time.
Key Responsibilities- Review plans and specifications to determine scope of work and define project requirements
- Develop complete estimates for tender submissions on heavy civil construction projects
- Cultivate and maintain solid, long-term relationships with customers
- Minimum of 7 years' experience executing pre-qualifications, estimates, and contract negotiations for heavy civil construction projects
- Minimum of 7 years' experience managing all aspects of heavy civil construction from project start to project closeout
- P.Eng, EIT, technical diploma, or extensive industry experience is a requirement
