Estimator - Heavy Civil Infrastructure Specialist
NorLand Limited is a leading provider of specialized construction services, with a unique ability to undertake complex, multi-faceted projects. We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team and contribute to the success of our heavy civil infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project plans and specifications to determine scope of work and define project requirements
- Develop complete estimates for tender submissions on heavy civil construction projects
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years' experience in heavy civil construction estimating and project management
- P.Eng, EIT, technical diploma, or extensive industry experience
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Projects skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
What We Offer:
