About the Role

Madsen Fence Ltd. is seeking a skilled Fence Installation Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion of fence installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of fences, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Set up and operate machines and equipment, including power tools and hand tools.
  • Lead and instruct individuals on installation procedures and best practices.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including loading and unloading trucks with equipment and supplies.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in fence installation or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and working at heights.
