About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cabinetmaker Specialist to join our team at Irpinia Kitchens. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality custom cabinets and furniture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Fabrication: Study plans, specifications, and drawings to create custom cabinets and furniture.
  • Woodworking: Trim joints, fit parts and subassemblies together, and reinforce joints to ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Finishing: Sand wooden surfaces, apply veneer, stain, or polish to finished products, and prepare and apply laminated plastics.
  • Supervision: Supervise other workers and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
  • Estimation: Estimate costs and materials for projects.
  • Repair and Restyling: Repair or restyle wooden furniture, fixtures, and related products.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a custom cabinet shop or industrial setting.
  • Skills: Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient, and organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
