Job Title: Retail Production SupervisorWe are seeking a Retail Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring high-quality products, and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the production process, including receiving, processing, and displaying merchandise.
- Ensure high-quality products are displayed and sold, meeting customer expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business results, including sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and develop a team of production staff, providing coaching and feedback to ensure success.
- A comprehensive onboarding and training program to ensure your success.
