This position is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and organization of the Market Centre's shared spaces, ensuring that the office is always ready for business.

As the first point of contact, the Client Care Coordinator will warmly welcome all visitors and assist them while managing phone communications effectively.

Additionally, this role involves supporting the office management by providing valuable insights and feedback to the Leadership team regarding productivity and operational matters.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Compensation:

$35,000 - $40,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls courteously and ensure proper routing of all inquiries.
  • Promptly relay messages to agents as needed.
  • Greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain the reception area and common spaces in a tidy and welcoming condition.
  • Provide timely and detailed responses to inquiries from associates, clients, and staff.
  • Manage front desk operations related to the listing process from inception to firm offers.
  • Schedule and confirm showing appointments with sellers and other brokerages professionally.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting and updates as required.
  • Handle the receipt and distribution of all cheques, ensuring accuracy in preparation and distribution.

Essential Skills:

  • Familiarity with Broker Bay is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work across various locations.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of real estate administrative processes.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Administration is preferred.
