Position Overview

KBS Heavy Duty Mechanics Ltd. is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanics Supervisor to oversee our maintenance team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our heavy machinery and equipment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role is necessary.
Work Environment
  • Conditions: The work environment can be characterized as noisy and hot.
  • Setting: The position is based in both commercial and industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze production and other relevant reports.
  • Address work-related issues, offer technical guidance, and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise and manage workers and various projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule daily activities effectively.
  • Recruit, hire, and manage staffing requirements.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
