Job Title: Clinical Nursing Supervisor LPN

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Nursing Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Nursing Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing clinical supervision and working collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals to support the delivery of home care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and empower employees and clients to achieve their full potential.
  • Provide orientation, training, and mentorship to employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
  • Develop programs aligned with Classic LifeCare's culture and Accreditation Canada's home support standards.
  • Influence and actively participate in home care delivery systems to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and clients' family members to implement person-centred care plans.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN/RN registration with the BCCNM.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Advance Foot care Certificate (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with healthcare professionals, clients' family members, and relevant organizations.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation within the Greater Vancouver area.
  • Capability to manage a client case load, including scheduling visits and promptly responding to emails and phone calls.
  • A people and community-focused mindset, prioritizing client-centered care and community collaboration.
  • Willingness to contribute to the development of services based on unique strengths and interests, promoting continuous improvement in care delivery.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, with specific days and times to be discussed during the interview process.
  • Enjoyment of a fun and engaging working environment that fosters teamwork and professional growth.
