About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Custodian Supervisor to join our team at Miracle Duct Cleaning. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting or repair work.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, wet/damp environments, and with odours.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Dependability, flexibility, and reliability.
Work Environment
