Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections and tests on cable signals and related equipment.
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, making necessary adjustments, replacements, or repairs.
  • Evaluate the functionality of telecommunications devices.
  • Test installed telephone systems to identify transmission issues.
  • Analyze testing outcomes and modify switching systems, networks, and associated software as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive test and service documentation.
  • Ascertain the nature, cause, and location of technical problems.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of qualified repair personnel.
  • Utilize computerized testing systems to perform service evaluations on customer lines and equipment.
  • Assign work tasks effectively.
