  • Contribute to the formulation of strategic and operational plans for the designated facility.
  • Enhance and optimize sorting processes, methodologies, and performance metrics for automated operations.
  • Design and oversee peak season operational plans and special volume guidance.
  • Manage the implementation of cutting-edge technologies and relay updates to the automated facility.
  • Supervise automation enhancements and their deployment.
  • Prepare and evaluate operational planning outcomes.
  • Analyze the effects of new services, software, and methodologies on operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of the facility's operations.
  • Examine the feasibility of automation within the facility.

A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent international qualification in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
