Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and facilitate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Manage the flow of information within the team effectively.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency.
  • Supervise staff and delegate tasks as necessary.
  • Handle incoming mail and distribute materials appropriately.
  • Plan and monitor budgets and expenditures.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for team members.
  • Maintain contracts and manage vendor relationships.
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages promptly.
  • Analyze employee data and prepare reports.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries and assist employees with questions.
  • Compile and maintain data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory levels.
  • Conduct research as required for various projects.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and manage the digital database effectively.
  • Execute basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Work Environment
