Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business General Manager to join our team at Paul's Freightline. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and overseeing the overall performance of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Strategy: Establish and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives, including setting goals, developing policies, and allocating resources.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, including managing budgets, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Team Development: Foster a culture of excellence, develop and implement training programs, and provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Communication and Representation: Represent the organization in external forums, negotiate with stakeholders, and communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Skills: Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of business operations and management.
