As a Cybersecurity Asset Management Lead at Banque Nationale du Canada, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the asset portfolio related to cryptography within the Cybersecurity - Data Protection division. This position requires you to lead a dynamic team, manage IT asset oversight, and apply your cybersecurity knowledge to reduce security vulnerabilities while improving client satisfaction.
- Direct a diverse IT team of approximately fifteen professionals, including Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters.
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of IT solutions and data protection systems/APIs.
- Engage with fellow IT leaders and support Agile transformation initiatives.
Your Team:
In the Cybersecurity - Data Protection - Cryptography sector, you will collaborate with a team of over 35 professionals. Reporting to the Senior Director of the Data Protection Portfolio, you will focus on Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Cryptography, ensuring precision in delivery and fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT asset management.
- Proficiency in high-availability IT asset management on cloud platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary IT teams and managing business operations.
- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills across all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe) and a DevSecOps approach.
