As a QA Engineer, you will collaborate with a vibrant team of developers, architects, project managers, and product owners. Key Responsibilities:

  • Explore and implement innovative technologies to enhance automation testing across all organizational levels.
  • Provide training on test automation frameworks to development teams.
  • Maintain existing automation frameworks and develop new ones as necessary.

  • Create, share, and execute technical roadmaps.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and automated testing tools.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional and non-functional testing.
  • Experience working in agile teams, utilizing either Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
  • Ability to execute Quality Engineering activities within sprints, collaborating closely with development and business teams to plan, report, prioritize, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in automation frameworks for mobile and web applications, particularly with Appium and Selenium.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins).
  • Experience testing REST APIs and proficiency in API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger.
  • Hands-on experience in identifying defects, minimizing replication steps, and logging issues in defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • 2-3 years of prior experience in automation testing and basic coding skills.
  • Proven ability to plan, lead, and prioritize work to meet organizational objectives.
  • Working knowledge of complex systems with the ability to decompose large problems into manageable tasks.
  • Experience mentoring team members in advanced techniques and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within an agile team environment.
  • Familiarity with modern test automation tools and practices.
  • Knowledge of contemporary architectural best practices and principles.
  • Ability to facilitate collaborative modeling sessions using Agile techniques.
  • Strong communication skills across various organizational levels and functional areas.
