About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at A-CLASS INC. as a key member of our administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish and prioritize work tasks to ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing reports and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and oversee office administrative procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering client inquiries and providing information.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
