Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Server to provide exceptional service in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Education Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment
  • Work will be conducted in a restaurant setting.
  • Located in an urban area.
Key Responsibilities
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and serve specialty dishes directly to customers at their tables.
  • Present bills to customers and process payments via cash, credit or debit cards, and other accepted methods.
  • Effectively describe menu items, including daily specials, to enhance customer experience.
  • Provide recommendations and advise customers on menu selections.
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer inquiries regarding food and beverages.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently.
  • Supervise and assist other servers and bussing staff as needed.
  • Take customer orders and relay them accurately to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Assist clients or guests with special needs to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Oversee the work of 1 to 2 other staff members.
Transportation Information
  • Public transportation options are available for commuting.
Work Conditions
