About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Analyst to join our team at CI Financial. As a key member of our Risk Management department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing risk management strategies to ensure the company's assets are protected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Third-Party Risk Management: Develop and implement effective third-party risk management processes to ensure the company's vendors and partners are properly vetted and monitored.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential risks and threats to the company's assets.
  • Vendor Onboarding and Management: Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors and manage existing vendor relationships to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into risk management activities and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, and Business Lines, to ensure effective risk management practices are in place.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in risk management, with a focus on third-party risk management.
  • Post-secondary degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and techniques, including excellent planning and organization skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
