Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic and key account management, with a focus on surgical capital equipment and OR sales.
  • Proven track record of sustained sales success, with a strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Exceptional negotiation and diplomacy skills, with the ability to influence decisions and close deals.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with customers in intense surgical environments and to develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
  • Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management.
  • Valid motor vehicle license.
