Food Service Manager

City Pizza #8 Limited is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Training: Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Food Preparation and Service: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
