About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Event Security Specialist to join our team at GardaWorld. As a key member of our event security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of participants and the smooth running of events.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a strong background in security and event management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage access control and crowd management to ensure a safe and secure environment for all participants
  • Conduct surveillance and monitoring to identify and mitigate potential security risks
  • Provide excellent customer service to participants, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with event organizers and other security personnel to ensure a seamless event experience
  • Manage incidents and emergencies in a professional and effective manner
Requirements
  • Valid security guard license and clear criminal background check
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
