As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the management of our branch, including the supervision of staff, management of resources, and implementation of operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Labor Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of operations managers, supervisors, and technicians, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Customer Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, implement cost control measures, and optimize net maintenance cost per unit to meet short and long-term financial goals.
- Asset Management: Direct the management team to maintain the appearance and maintenance of our branch, including sustaining 6S standards and executing asset management initiatives.
- Quality Management: Perform complex quality planning, develop corrective action and countermeasures, and maintain control/visibility over shop floor activities to ensure proper root cause diagnosis and optimized yield on all parts/components.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in a senior operations management role, with a strong background in labor, financial, quality, operating, safety, and asset processes.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as a member of a team, and experience with fleet management software and Microsoft Office.
