Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Blenz Coffee. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure a smooth operation.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet our high standards.
- Oversee the sales and merchandising of baked goods, ensuring they are presented attractively and appealing to customers.
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, adhering to food safety and quality control guidelines.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Gratuities.

- Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
