Job Title: Social Media Specialist

At Aylo, we're seeking a highly skilled Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging content across all platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform content strategy and optimize performance
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and effective

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent writing, content creation, and visual design skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and open communication
