Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Sophia's Nails. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Store Management
- Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Plan and organize daily store operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Manage staff and assign duties, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
- Analyze the impact of competitors' operations on sales and make recommendations for improvement.
- Merchandise and Services
- Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in our store, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers.
- Implement price and credit policies, ensuring that they are fair and competitive.
- Marketing and Promotion
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our store and attract new customers.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that it is of high quality and meets our customers' needs.
- Customer Service
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to staff as needed.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or retail management.
- Experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
