Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Paul Gupta & Associates.

Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts. This individual will also oversee the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures, as well as manage our financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage the financial analysis and forecasting process, including the development of financial models and the analysis of financial data.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Manage the financial planning and budgeting process, including the development of financial plans and budgets.
  • Represent the company in financial matters, including negotiations with vendors and investors.
  • Supervise and manage a team of financial professionals, including accountants, analysts, and financial planners.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:

The Chief Financial Officer will work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities. This individual will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve financial objectives.

English.

Work Hours:

40 hours per week.
