Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Paul Gupta & Associates.

Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts. This individual will also oversee the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures, as well as manage our financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with the company's strategic objectives
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports and analysis, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial planning and decision-making
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial leadership role
  • Proven track record of financial planning and analysis
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Access, and Outlook
