As a Digital Transformation Architect, your primary responsibility will be to investigate, assess, and synchronize digital and data transformation projects to fulfill the objectives of the organization. You will collaborate closely with leadership to comprehend their digital and data requirements and formulate strategies and solutions aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and innovation through technology, while maintaining quality, integrity, and security.
Key Responsibilities:- Digital Innovation: Explore and assess new digital technologies for potential implementation. Design and lead feasibility studies for AI solutions that can significantly benefit organizational needs.
- Data Strategy and Analytics: Spearhead the development and architecture of data management strategies and solutions, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security in alignment with the overall IT strategic roadmap. Drive research on data technologies to expedite the design, implementation, and execution of data solutions.
- Digital Strategy Development: Engage in the creation and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with business goals. Assess the current digital capabilities of the organization against its digital aspirations and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside IT, finance, operations, and other departments to integrate digital and data solutions. Advocate for the adoption and integration of these solutions across the organization to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and competitive positioning. Serve as a bridge between digital and non-digital teams to ensure cohesive alignment. Promote a customer-centric approach to digital initiatives and implement strategies to elevate the overall customer experience across digital platforms.
- Data Governance: Contribute to the formulation of data governance and quality policies, standards, and frameworks. Ensure that solutions comply with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
- Leadership Development: Collaborate with team leaders to mentor team members, identify knowledge gaps, and cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Act as a thought leader for operational units, helping them envision a digital and data future that enhances their ability to achieve business objectives.
- Digital Strategy Expertise: Demonstrated experience in crafting digital solutions that drive business growth and align with the organization's vision. Strong grasp of digital trends and emerging technologies.
- Data Management Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of data management principles, including data quality, integration, and security. Solid understanding of data architecture, analytics, data governance, data quality, data visualization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Business Intelligence and Analytics: Proficient in utilizing strategic intelligence tools and analytics for informed decision-making. Ability to convert data into actionable operational insights.
- Innovation and Technology Adoption: Proven capability to identify, evaluate, and implement innovative digital technologies. Comfortable leading organizational changes related to technology adoption. Strong innovation, creativity, and problem-solving skills, with a readiness to experiment and learn from setbacks.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Capable of conveying highly technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Customer-centric Approach: Deliver outstanding customer experiences through digital channels. Focus on understanding and addressing customer needs. Self-motivated and results-oriented while adhering to deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
- Over 8 years of experience in digital strategy, data management, or related functions.
- Proven leadership experience in successful digital and data initiatives.
- English required; bilingual French-English is an asset.
