About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Architect to join our team at the Paper Excellence Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our digital transformation initiatives and ensuring the successful adoption of digital technologies across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Innovation: Research and evaluate emerging digital technologies to identify opportunities for adoption and innovation. Design and lead proof-of-concept activities to demonstrate the potential of AI solutions in meeting organizational needs.
  • Data Strategy and Business Intelligence: Develop and implement data management strategies and solutions that ensure the quality, integrity, and security of our data assets. Lead the research of data technologies to accelerate the design, implementation, and execution of data solutions.
  • Digital Strategy: Participate in the development and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business objectives. Evaluate our current digital capabilities against digital objectives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, finance, operations, and other departments to integrate digital and data solutions. Drive the adoption and integration of digital and data solutions across the company, enhancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.
  • Data Governance: Participate in the development of data governance and data quality policies, standards, and frameworks. Ensure solutions comply with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
  • Leadership: Assist in the development and mentoring of team members, identifying team knowledge gaps, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, data management, or related roles.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in driving successful digital and data initiatives.
  • Language: English required; bilingual in French and English is a good asset.
