About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Architect to join our team at the Paper Excellence Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Digital Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead Data Management Initiatives: Oversee the development and implementation of data management strategies, ensuring the quality, integrity, and security of our data assets.
  • Drive Business Innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging digital technologies to drive business innovation and improve customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of digital strategies.
  • Develop and Mentor Team Members: Assist in the development and mentoring of team members, identifying knowledge gaps and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, data management, or related roles.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in driving successful digital and data initiatives.
  • Language Skills: English required; bilingual in French and English is a good asset.
