Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person, resolving issues related to computer networks, systems, and software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new systems, applications, and processes to improve user experience and efficiency.

- 3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a consulting firm environment.

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
